Wipro Education Partners’ Network today comprises of over 150 organizations at various stages of their organizational journeys, who are working across the length and breadth of our country on a range of educational issues and approaches. We believe that there is considerable synergy and learning to be gained when partner organizations periodically meet. We have, therefore, held our annual partners’ meets at the national level since the early 2000s.

Many of us are already familiar with the Annual Wipro Education Partners’ Forum. However, there are quite a few, who have joined the network more recently, and to whom this is new. The Forum has usually been a three-day residential meet of all our partners in the school education space. It is held annually with the broad objective of creating a platform for mutual learning-sharing, informal bonding and networking to collaborate.

We have structured sessions and discussions on topics of education that are relevant to our work and our purpose. We share our work and learn about others’, discuss and exchange ideas and reaffirm our bonds with each other and go back with renewed energies! Some of the Forums have had partners presenting their work, while some have been on specific themes (such as history and education, ecology and education, textbooks, assessment, etc.).

This year marks a special occasion; this is our 20th Partners’ Forum! At this juncture, we pause to reflect on our journey of the past two decades with many of you and take this opportunity to look ahead to explore new paths together with all of you. Though we have grown considerably in the last 2-3 years, keeping in mind the spirit of the Forum, we are trying to explore ways to sustain its reflective and exploratory nature, to create spaces to consciously bring in diverse perspectives, and facilitate dialogues and discussions, both formal and informal.

We look forward to meeting everyone in person after two years from 5-7th December. Please do block your calendars. We will write again soon about logistics, number of participants from each organization, the design/program schedule etc. Look forward to an exciting forum this year, as always.
