1. Where can I find the detailed agenda for the Forum?
The Forum will be a combination of Wipro and partner-led sessions. We’ll be sending out a detailed agenda soon.
2. Which are Wipro-led sessions?
Over the three days, we are planning to have panel discussions, open to all participants on these themes -- how education and organizations have evolved over the last two decades; emerging priorities in education; the role of civil society organizations.
3. Which are partner-led sessions?
We invite all our partners to facilitate smaller group conversations around different themes such as early childhood education, education of children with disabilities, whole-school transformation, organization development, etc.
4. Can we display our work at the Partners' Forum?
In order to help participants understand each other’s work and contributions in education, we have set aside a space for all participating organizations to share and showcase their teaching-learning materials, publications, posters summarizing their work or anything else that they think will help other organizations or the community at large.
5. We wish to share and showcase our work at the Forum. How can we register?
We will open for registrations from interested organizations in the week of November 21, 2022. If you have created something with passion and purpose, please don't hesitate to bring it along.
6. How far is the venue from Pune airport/railway station?
The Partners’ Forum venue is around 1.5 - 2 hours away, from both Pune airport and railway station.

7. I have already filled in the travel logistics form. However, I need to change my travel plans. Can I request a change/cancellation of my ticket?
As mentioned in the travel logistics form, we will not be able to accommodate requests for changes/cancellations once the tickets are booked. In case an exceptional circumstance arises, please contact your regional Wipro Foundation managers.
8. I arrive in Pune late at night. Will Wipro provide transport to the venue?
Yes, we will arrange a pickup and drop to the venue based on the details you have provided regarding your arrival/departure in the travel logistics form.
Reimbursements will be made as per Wipro Travel Policy shared with you earlier through the travel logistics form. Please carry hard copies of your tickets along with you for reimbursement(s) wherever applicable. In case of any clarification(s), kindly contact your regional Wipro Foundation managers.
Notes
Travel reimbursements will be made against original tickets / receipts only.
Only intercity/inter-state travel will be reimbursed by wipro, local travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
Persons with disabilities can avail of air travel, even if the travel time is less than 12 hours, if they cannot travel by train / bus.
Travel for an escort is allowed for persons with severe disabilities.
Travel should be planned well in advance to ensure that regular / reasonable rates are applicable.
For odd hours (9pm - 6am) travel, women can request for local conveyance of an escort.
In any exceptional situation, if you are not able to adhere to the above guidelines, please contact your regional PMs.
1. What kind of accommodation will be provided during the forum?
We will be providing shared accommodation for all the participants. Room allocation would be done on a ‘First Come, First Served’ basis. We will encourage participants from the same organizations to stay in different rooms, to make the best use of the opportunities for networking and mutual learning.
2. Can I request single occupancy accommodation at the venue during the forum?
We will only be able to provide shared accommodation at the venue.
There are a limited number of single-occupancy rooms available. In an exceptional case, we will share contact details of the venue where you can book a separate room and make the payment directly. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any reimbursements for the same.
3. Will bedding and toiletries be provided at the venue?
Basic bedding will be provided at the venue. Participants are requested to bring their own towels, toiletries and personal medication.
4. What kind of food will be available during the forum?
The host organization has their own food policy. We will be able to provide only vegetarian food.
There are fixed timings for each meal which are non-negotiable. We request you to kindly comply with the food policy of the host organization.
5. What documents do I need to carry with me?
Please carry a valid ID proof, and your Covid-19 vaccination certificates (2nd or subsequent dose).

1. What time does the event start on the 5th?
We begin the event at 9:30 a.m. on 5th December.
2. What time does the event end on the 7th?
We will conclude the event by 4:30 p.m. on 7th December.
3. Will there be time for me to meet other partners from my region/other regions?
Yes, we have a slot dedicated for the regional meet on Day 3 (7th December). There will also be time between sessions, and during mealtimes, for you to interact and meet partners from other regions.
